How complete is normalized listing-type classification?

Evidence threshold
At least 1,000 active rows, at least 80% classification coverage, and 3 normalized types with at least 100 rows each. Every snapshot required by this study must be dated no later than the evaluation date and be no more than 90 days old.
Method
An active source row is an advertisement record represented in Landomo at the capture time. A represented source entry is one generated portal key; entries are not consolidated into unique publishers. A source entry is assigned to a country cohort by its dominant market, so its total is not a country-filtered national count. A row is not a unique property or a completed transaction.
Limitations
- The same property may occur on more than one portal, so source rows are not deduplicated homes.
- The snapshots cover sources represented in Landomo; they are not complete national inventories or portal market-share estimates.
- Country cohorts use each source's dominant market, so a source total can include rows outside that country.
- Asking prices are advertisements, not completed transaction prices.
- Portal and city snapshots were captured on different dates and are never added together.
- Generated source entries are portal keys, not deduplicated publishers; aliases or regional entries can belong to the same publisher.
